January - June 2010 Season

 

Grammy Grumpree and her lovely daughter Sugar Goodbody own and operate the Earnest T. Goodbody Silver mine. Mr. Ignatz Fowler, a person of questionable scruples and evil purpose, plots to obtain the mine from the ladies . He is ably assisted by Teddi Bustier, a saloon lady with a zest for material things. Hero Bob Faithful does his utmost to thwart the villain's plans. Can he and Sugar overcome Fowler's evil plot and find happiness?

 

 

We hate Shakespeare! At least that's what the audience thinks until they get a rip-roaring rundown of Shakespeare's classics. With zombies, talking cows, and an appearance by Jerry Springer, I Hate Shakespeare! is a hilarious and fast-paced rundown of all things Shakespeare -- with a modern twist. Plus, someone gets a pie in the face. A comedy the whole family will enjoy. 

 

A mysterious Baroness shows up at Hemlock Stone's office and hires him to retrieve an old family heirloom that has been purloined.  Hemlock's suspicious at first, but he's falling fast to her feminine charms.  The case leads him to the waterfront, where he encounters other nefarious characters, and finds out that the heirloom isn't an heirloom, it's an historical artifact that others are equally determined to possess, if in fact it exists at all.  Follow the twists and turns and the shifting alliances in the case as Hemlock tries to sort out truth from fiction, friend from foe, and finally figure out the story behind... the Maltese Chicken.  This hilarious new Hemlock Stone mystery was written by our very own Arnie Carlos, and it's sure to tickle your funny bone.
